Before proceeding with any transaction, contact the Citizens-Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) by calling 1102. They can help verify whether the vehicle has been reported stolen or is under suspicion.
3. Inspect Documents and Number Plate
Always check the original registration documents thoroughly. Make sure the number plate is officially issued and not a duplicate or fake.
4. Be Cautious of Unusually Low Prices
If a vehicle is priced significantly below market value, it could be a warning sign. Stolen vehicles are often sold quickly and cheaply to avoid detection.
5. Do Not Take Possession Without Proper Verification
